IDEA: Create An arguing chatbot

This tool was proposed to build AstraZeneca’s brand profile in the Immunotherapy space.

Immunotherapy offers amazing ways forward in cancer treatment. But many doctors prefer to stick with what they know. We needed a way to change that. Chatbots are often used to make a functional case. But in this case that would likely have little engagement - and little impact. So instead I created a chatbot that would argue with itself. Subverting the medium to get generate interest and engagement.

The Arguing Chatbot contextualizes the user’s own ideas of “the right treatment”. Showing what’s good for the past isn’t always best for the present. And it does it in a way that’s humorous and fun. Making doctors more ready to rethink their own ideas and prejudices - and get to know more about next generation treatments.
